Meet Your Head Coach:
Liz Myers C.S.C.S

Liz is an east coast native & JMU Kinesiology Alumni.

After receiving her B.S. & certification as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist, she packed up her bags & headed west to start working directly with skiers & snowboarders in Park City, Utah.

After sustaining many injuries from snowboarding and working with athletes returning from ACL tears, she realized how life altering injuries can be. Her work includes educating athletes on paths they can take to get out of pain, recover from injury, & improve one's ability to shred for life.

Liz currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah where she works with athletes in person & around the world through her online training programs. She specializes in injury prevention training, movement education, return to snow rehab, and performance optimization to fit the unique demands of skiers & riders.

You can find  Liz skiing, snowboarding, skating, or running up mountains with her Aussie/Cattledog mix, Leo.
