DIY Programs

For athletes who want a comprehensive training experience at their own pace & who want to start today.

Each DIY program is designed to give you flexibility to train when you want and to start when you want. These aren’t generic training programs - the pace and exercises are programed by Liz to make you have the best results.

Team Training Programs

For athletes who want a group training experience in an interactive and supportive environment.

These programs start on a dedicated date and are a more structured training approach with direct coaching feedback, community access, and free online webinars from our partners to help you on your training journey.

Personalized Coaching Programs

For athletes with special training needs or those coming back from injury. Application required.

Our 1:1 coaching with Liz offers our most customizable training options. We offer two formats - our Custom Coaching Program or our Return to Sport Coaching Program for those coming back from injury. This coaching is limited to athletes with specific needs.
